Nucleus Health and Fitness center was established in 1990 and caters for the Windhoek people since. Nucleus has a complete gymnasium, with a wide range of services offerings and classes for clients of different needs from all over Windhoek. Our gymnasium is strategically located in the CBD area, with entrances on Tal street, Independence Avenue and also Garten Street. This has allowed us to accrue over one thousand members.

The facilities included are a Group Fitness Studio, Cardiovascular Studio. We have a wide variety of equipment, TVs, a spinning Studio, a complete Circuit and Super Circuit, a variety of Variable Exercise Machines, and a variety of Free weights. We have Hygienic Change Rooms for men and women, each fitted with its own sauna.
